Project

Nrrzrrp is the title of a decoupage installation created for the facilities at Monkey Town.

Process

Five types of graphic units were photocopied and silkscreened on top of colored and translucent papers: bricks, trees, crystals, clouds, and bird-like creatures drawn by Tanya Newton-John.

The units were then wheatpasted onto a painted wall in an impromptu composition. The result was a city somewhat similar to Brooklyn and Manhattan, only hot pink, gold, and filled with birds.
